She now utilises this method in her individual work, where she sees people for a variety of issues, including self-esteem, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. Her eclectic approach to psychotherapy embraces the spiritual dimension, which she sees as closely entwined with the psychological. She also has a curiosity about the mind-body connection, and is learning more about the importance of the somatic/body awareness approach to healing emotional difficulties.
