How many factors control our life? There are many. But the book deals with the significant seven factors. Intelligence is important for achieving. Understanding self and others needs our emotional awareness. Communicating with others helps maintain the relationship. When we face adversity (challenge), we need to deal with it and bounce back, showing resilience. Keeping a balanced state of mind, irrespective of the life's varying situations, shows our spiritual alignment. Keeping ourselves fit needs focus on our health. All these characteristics are interconnected. A measure of these qualities is called a quotient, like intelligence measured by intelligence quotient. We can have quotients for the rest of the factors.
