Ship's Girls

An alien space ship is in big trouble. Their generators are inoperative and they must reach a suitable landing world withing 12 hours max.
At 11 hours and nine minutes, the ship enters the atmosphere of an oxygen-based world, Earth. The Navigator and the Flight Engineer work real-time miracles to get the ship down safely. Once the ship touches down, the Flight Engineer notifies the Skipper and turns control of the ship back to the Skipper.
The Skipper finds that he can talk with the natives of the pre-contact world. They can talk and he can talk, but neither understands the others language.
Earth military arrives in a remarkably short time. The ship can't defend itself without its generators and there's no real option but to surrender. Most of the ship's crew is than removed from the ship and confined.
An Earth crew is assigned to examine the ship and the remaining passengers. The Earth technical crew starts to examine the advanced alien technology.
All of the remaining personnel aboard the ship are women, or so it would appear. An all woman Earth team is to deal with the women. This last is deemed necessary, since all of the supposed women aboard the ship are nude and never wear clothing.
The nude women, that were found aboard the ship were off limits to the males in the crew and were attended to only by women. However, after a few days, the ship's girls attacked the women who were sent in to feed them. The ship's girls had then roamed the corridors, looking not for trouble or freedom, but for a man to screw.
The mostly male technical team is happy to give the nude women what they seem to want. Then, over time, they discover that the 'nude women' are actually androids. The androids are created to be ship's girls. The androids not only want sex, they must have it, it's what they're designed for.
The male members of the technical team are then able to earn chits for good work. The chits allow them to have sex with one of the ship's girls.
The ship's girls are delighted with the arrangement, since they must have sex, in order to survive.
However, the powers that be, out of Washington learn of what they think the situation is and the powers that be come to investigate.
The technical team comes up with a solution.
