A book that explains the weaknesses of the United Nations and proposes a new model for a decentralized and networked global organization. The successful model of the multinational enterprise will be duplicated in order to define operational geographical areas made up of countries, connected to the functional area constituted by the Strategic Business Areas (SBAs). Within these SBAs, the UN agencies will be completely restructured and given new objectives. The whole process will be steered by a central network that will define the strategic development plan where unmet need will dictate strategy and not the other way round.
