About the Author

Glen Roberts entered rifle hunting at a young age under the supervision of his father (1929-2021), an East African colonial farmer and hunter. Before Glen joined the police force in 1990, he was already an experienced long-range shooter and hunter from months spent at his older brother's 125,000-acre pastoral property.
After eight years of police work, Glen underwent the grueling selection process to enter the Western Australian Police Force's Elite Counter Terrorism Unit, ultimately qualifying as a sniper. During his nineteen years as a sniper, Glen also independently studied exterior ballistics, optics, and trajectory mapping software, conducting numerous field tests. He owned and operated Precision Shooting Australia from 2009 2017, where he trained police and civilians in long-range shooting.
