Start A Cake Business

Starting a business from home might sound easy but if you want a real, successful and professional business, you have to approach in the same manner as you would any other professional and credible business. We started from our home kitchen with £1000 in the bank and used this money to grow and grow until after 5 years of trading we had sold over £1,000,000 (yes one million!) of cake and grown our Facebook page to over 10,000 likes! We had opened bakery units, shops and everything in between. In one month alone we sold 30,000 cupcakes from one shop and with only a small team. My favourite achievement is that if you stack every cake made during this 5 year period on top of each other it would reach into space. Thats over 62 miles!
