Ryan was not your typical 7th grade girl. Unless being the star player of an all boys baseball team was your definition of typical. Instead of playing dress up, Ryan preferred cleats, and jerseys. And don't even get her started on make up! Ryan was always classified as the tomboy. The girl who could keep up with the boys and kick butt at the same time. She loved every second of it! It was too bad her parents did not feel the same and constantly let her know it. And she was dealing with itshe thought.
But when the bullying from the popular kids (the Pops) at school starts to sound like a bad song on repeat, and the guys on the baseball team collectively turn on her, Ryan didn't know what she loved anymore. From being the star player on the baseball team and having two loyal best friends, to throwing it all away like stale garbage for a taste of popularity, Ryan goes from having it all to being left in the dirt. When Ryan crosses the line and cuts ties of her old life will there still be anybody waiting on the other side?
