We all have a limited amount of energy, or elan vital.
How we maintain and conserve it will determine how healthy we will be. Knowing how to defend against the stressors we encounter can arm our defense system with the weapons it needs to prevent that energy from being used up too quickly. Armed with this knowledge we can achieve our optimum stress level and create homeostasis or balance, where healing takes place, where our mind and body function at their highest level to ward off disease. My hope is that this book will show you how to reach that level of good health. As my 7 year old great granddaughter instructed me, "Listen and learn, grampy" I have tried all my life to do just that.
