Rick is working as a lab technician when his co-workers decide to play a little practical joke on him. While he is out in the men's room, one of the senior lab technicians switches the fluid in his drink for the fluid he has been working on that gives a person superpowers.

Meanwhile, at Rick's apartment his roommates, Nikita and Dolly are discussing their sexual bucket lists. Each one has some items that they can tick off with each other and decide to include Rick in a threesome.
