We were first in line, but were quickly pushed aside when the clerk opened his window to sell tickets. The tickets were sold out within minutes. #3 We were finally ready to leave Pucallpa. We would fly to Puerto Maldonado, where we would catch a commercial riverboat across Bolivia to Riberalta and then hitch a ride into Brazil. With luck, we might make the coast in time for Carnaval on March 6.
