Ryder Sills has been the manager of the New Orleans branch office for only three weeks, but that's long enough for his assistant Reagan Ricks to notice he's extremely unbosslike (even though he's completely businesslike). According to her friends, Reagan isn't easily impressed - and prior to Ryder's arrival she would have agreed with that assessment. Unfortunately, she's been afflicted with the dreaded office crush - an unexpected blow. As they take to the friendly skies heading for the weeklong corporate retreat, Reagan struggles to maintain strictly professional thoughts. The new and intriguing supervisor has her secretly (and frequently) repeating her mantra - HE'S MY BOSS!
Whatever it takes to keep their relationship professional is what Reagan is prepared to do. Prince Ryder (as her friends call him) can ooze all the charm he wants while he remains completely oblivious to the impact he has on her. Reagan's determination to keep her distance isn't going to waver. If everything didn't change during the first twenty-four hours of the retreat, her commitment could mean something and the trip might end up the way she planned. Instead, things turn interesting - and deadly.
