The Art of Newspapering and Effective Newspaper Management

The author, a former lecturer of Journalism/Mass Communication at Manifold Tutorial College, Accra, Ghana, has over 40 years professional experience in newspapering and newspaper management. Starting as Editorial Assistant, the Rising Sun Magazine, and later as an intern with the Ghanaian Times and Weekly Spectator Newspapers (New Times Corporation, Accra-Ghana), Yaw Asirifi-Twum has practiced in Nigeria and Germany where he was writing for the "Lagos Eye" and "Nigeria Business Digest" in Nigeria, and "Fuldaer Zeitung" and "Fulda Aktuell" in Germany. He was the first Editor-In-Chief of the Banner Newspaper and later, the Clerk and Sun News.
