The Beginning of the End

"One Shot at Freedom" dives into the story of Diane Macklemore as she's interrogated about her late husband, Charles. Grief stricken and in shock, Diane is forced to face the consequences of her own actions.

"Infected" follows the story of Kimmy, a freshly graduated college student, as she investigates her boyfriend, Demetri, and his late-night runs. Fearing the worst, Kimmy follows Demetri into an abandoned warehouse and witnesses something far more terrifying than an unfaithful lover.

In the third story, "Trade Off", Ivan and Alek are amateur thieves recruited as throw away men by a widely known mafia boss. Far in over their heads, and a little stupid, these two rely on brute strength and questionable luck as they break their way into a highly protected museum. With a type of mission Ivan and Alek haven't ventured on, these men really can't catch a break.

"Last One Standing" dives into the story of Ilya, a disgruntled survivor, trying to escape from soldiers in the pouring rain. No matter how hard he tries, it seems his luck is no good as he consistently runs into frustrating and disgusting obstacles. Ilya is sure his luck is improving when he meets with an old flame, Sarah. Together the two go on the run, but along the way Ilya finds Sarah acting strange toward him. Right when he's sure they'll be able to find a happy ending, Sarah hesitates.
