Swimming coach Emma's confidence gets the better of her when she is challenged to a race. If she loses the race, she could lose her dignity.

This is a short, 3,500+ word story with adult themes of embarrassment and humiliation. A sample is below:

Emma placed the rubber ring at the top of the slide. Richard leaned forward to hold it steady as she climbed into it with as much dignity as she could muster. When she was settled, Richard swung her around until she was facing him, his hands holding onto the ring just next to her legs. Self consciously, Emma shifted and brought her thighs together and crossed her left arm over her chest whilst supporting herself with her right to try to restrict Richard's view of her bikini-clad body as much as possible.

"Are you going to let me go or are you just going to stand there and stare?" she said suddenly feeling somewhat exposed. There was something in Richard's expression that made her feel unsafe.

"I am just enjoying the view," Richard replied, smirking. "Besides which, there is something I want to tell you before I let you go." He paused, his eyes flicking up and down Emma's body.

"Wellwhat is it?" said Emma, confused.

Richard's eyes turned to the side as they both heard voices coming out of the changing room. Emma recognised the voices as the other members of swim club and sure enough Sam and Joe emerged from the changing room. More surprisingly, they were followed by Matthew who still had a grass stain on his forehead, presumably from the sports practice he had missed swimming for.

"This wasn't part of the deal," said Emma. "You told them to come, you bastard. This is over." Emma wasn't sure how Richard had arranged this but her earlier determination to accept her forfeit playfully had gone. She moved to get up but Richard pushed the ring back and she sprawled backwards into it. Her arms and legs flew in all directions as she tried to keep her balance. When she recovered her posture she found that Richard still had hold of one side of the ring, but she was not balanced precariously on the downward slope that started the slide.

"I did," said Richard. "But that isn't the thing I had to tell you."

Knowing that all Richard had to do was to let go before she started flying down the slide, all Emma could do was sit there and cover herself up as much as she could. As defiantly as she could manage, she said "I don't care what you want to tell me. All you need to know is that I am going straight to the changing rooms when I get down there. The bet is off. You and your pervert friends can get their cheap thrills of seeing me in this as I swim back to the changing rooms, but you can forget me doing five laps. Now let me go and let's get this over with."

"Oh dear, you are getting angry," said Richard. "I'll let you go in one moment, but I have to enjoy this moment. I prepared for ages. Do you have any idea how long it took me to find a water soluble bikini?"

Emma looked at Richard first confused then she felt her face go white as the full meaning of what he had said sunk in. She could tell that he had seen her reaction when his smile broadened. Then suddenly she jolted back as he had let go. She watched Richard standing there in triumph as she receded away from him. Then she entered the tunnel and he disappeared from view.
