The Black Rifle War

A new American president is elected, the promise of gun control a significant plank of her campaign platform. Moving swiftly after taking the oath of the highest office in the land, she enacts a clever method of outlawing several types of common weapons. The courts are instantly overwhelmed while Congress remains in complete gridlock, disabled by infighting and party loyalty.
