The Changes Africa Needs

Africa- one of the world's richest continent in every sense.from diverse ecosystem to rich minerals, Africa was and is still blessed by the Almighty God.but one may wonder why then is there so much crisis in the pan African continent.Its very True God blessed the African continent but for every pan Africanist to enjoy the blessing it is their role to maintain it. At most the blame of why the meltdown in most African countries is directed to its leaders. I too may agree on that,the one on the steering determines the direction of the bus. That's not to say all African leaders are not good leaders or they don't have good intentions but the truth of the fact is that to some there is need to polish,upgrade the way in which they lead, that is their leadership skills but also to some there may be need to entirely change the leader. This book speaks of nine things that Africa must change for her to see a better horizon, it is not directed to any leader or nation but to the whole continent of Africa and to everyone on the leadership position. I see it key for any leader of any nation to go through it for it is a powerful leadership book. Africa can do better.
