A warehouse manager is put in charge of a new cleaning crew. The cleaning crew is made up of black girls who do not have enough time to finish the job before leaving. The white manager comes to an arrangement of getting sexual favors in exchange for helping them out with the cleaning.
As the manager gets more of the girls involved her then realizes that he has a secret fetish of trying to get them pregnant. He also discovers that he has feelings for one and beings a relationship with her outside of work. As the crew gets larger, he then expands his sexual conquests to include the entire crew. He now has to contend with a developing relationship in which they talk of having a child as he still has his lust for trying to get the rest of the girls in the crew pregnant.
