The Consequences of Being Trifling

The word "Trifling" means lacking in significance or substantial worth. It does not matter how many official titles, degrees, or languages you know. It doesn't matter if you claim to speak in tongues, talk to the nations, or converse and lead citizens of our society. It really does not matter. The only thing that matters is how you treat people, are you of your word, and do you execute in the assignment(s) you've been blessed with.

Just because we have a "title" does not mean we are a leader, and every person that is a leader doesn't have an official "title." What does personal and corporate responsibility mean to you? When you say the words "I am responsible," what exactly does that mean to you?
