He is a retired senior officer from the US military, with over 27 years of service on active duty and in the reserves. He has taken several courses during his service on the American legal system, the Constitution, and how the government works. He maintains a keen interest in scholarly interpretations of the founding documents for the United States. He resides in Nevada.
