The Correct Use of Dreaming

In this book 'The Correct Use of Dreaming' I have re-assembled an ancient model of consciousness. This ancient model has been re-built using tools, or as I call it Time-Light technology, that have been available ever since we opened our eyes. This has delivered us a revolutionary rational that describes the form and functioning of our consciousness.

One of the purposes of this Time-Light model is that it can be used as a catalyst in the process of consciously removing our emotional loading from traumatic events, giving a dramatic improvement in metal health. This is something we naturally perform for ourselves when we dream.

Another purpose is to give us two mirrors that most definitely show humankind as having two distinct natures, one Spiritual the other Selfish.

Both the Spiritual and Selfish mirrors show three states of consciousness; awake, half-awake/half asleep and asleep. It is in our half-awake/half-asleep state that we are aware that we are dreaming. The book goes onto to explore where we can go while dreaming, what in our consciousness we use to do this and how we can find guidance and hope for our future.
