Suffering from sleep psychosis and nymphomania, a young teacher's aide struggles to differentiate her reality from her subconscious. Dr. Clinton, a therapist with a past as questionable as her practices, tries to cure her patient, but the mental condition proves to be something more; something dark. Helem, known for her deep-rooted remedies, sings a ritualistic song that lures her patients into a psychosomatic web of trickery. She calls to the spirit that beckons Dr. Clinton, and just like Mercy, she follows the voice. Deep in the bellies of their subconscious, Helem reigns. She commands their attention to their insecurities, sexual trysts, and lack of morals. Their innermost secrets and souls are exposed to the infamous healer forcing them choose, miserable life, or pleasurable death. Scars are uncovered, and old wounds are reopened as the doctor and the patient succumb to the mouth of the devil.
