The Doom in the Reflection

After leaving Beacon Bay, Sean Higgens and Gwyn Owens had been on the trail of the magical amulet she had originally been seeking before being forced to engage the terrible monster from another realm that had been unleashed there. They'd spent weeks traveling and furthering Sean's magical education when they received information that the amulet she was seeking might be located in a town called Middelford.

At first glance, it seemed to be the kind of pleasant small-town place that could be found anywhere in New England, but the longer they were there, the more things seemed to be... off. The magic, the people and the history all hinted at something else, something darker, piquing Gwyn's ever-present curiosity.

The investigation forces them to examine the town in more detail, finding out that beneath the historical veneer of Middelford is a terrible, rotten core that just might be out to destroy the world. With barely any time left, Gwyn and Sean are forced into battle once more.
