"The idea was born during a trip to Peru to train IBM's sales force. There I met Igor Zlatar, VP of Sales and CEO of one of the country's most important technology companies. He invited me to run waves that weekend together with another surfer, VP of Citibank. We toured the coast searching for the perfect wave. At the end we found ourselves in Cerro Azul, on top of a wave at the very place immortalized by the Beach Boys in their song Surfing Safari. This turned out to be one of the most extraordinary surf sessions I have ever experienced."
