"The Fair Angiola" is an Italian fairy tale, entered in the "Italian Popular Tales" collection. The story is about the seven women, neighbors, all of whom are seized with a great longing for some jujubes which only grow in a garden of an old witch, who lives near. They have stolen the vegetables several times, until at last the witch notices that someone had been in her garden. Sometime after the woman has a beautiful little girl whom she named Angiola.
