Tis sad and totally unjustified that such a creature as the Haggis can only be given reference by 'sassenachs' as a 'dish' on the table to satisfy the palate.
Or argued; could a ruminating quadruped (Haggis) be classed as a pest in the same way as a rat, weasel, pine martin or indeed, the mouse?
This intriguing question was settled by the Laird of Dinnet, just before his commitment.
What a sad, lamentable state of affairs indeed.
Being a proud Scotsman, I will have none of it, and have decided to give a true, in depth account of this much-maligned, miss-understood, fine creature owre the Glens.
