The Heart of Aid

The Heart of Aid by James Muricho covers the period between the years 2002 to 2023 when Geomaps LTD (Kenya), Lantmäteriet (Swedish Government authority), and Swedesurvey AB (Sweden) formed an International Organised Criminal Ring (IOCR) dedicated to carrying out corruption and human trafficking in order to acquire projects in Kigali City Council (KCC) and using the KCC project as a springboard to attack other countries in Africa.

The three organisations, with the help of KCC Mayor Theoneste Mutsindashyaka, created a computer system used for embezzling and laundering money from Kigali City Council.

The same IOCR started targeting African countries and later entered Ghana using the pretext that they had improved services at KCC.

The same IOCR managed to get a project financed by Sida to the tune of SEK 40 million which they used to carry out more human rights violations and corruption.

The Government of the Kingdom of Sweden, in particular, Justice Minister Beatrice Ask and Finance Minister Anders Borg traveled to Kenya and Rwanda in order to cover up crimes carried out by the IOCR between 2011 and 2013 because many Swedes faced life in prison within African prisons.

This book gives the reader an inside look into how development aid and humanitarian aid work and how it is used by criminals working in various Western governments, a criminal Kenyan Senator, and a similarly corrupt Rwandan Mayor.
