The rather ordinary lives of four university students are derailed by supernatural beings and their cult followers. There is nowhere to run, save for a mysterious portal that transports them five hundred years in the past, to a rugged island in the north Atlantic. What the Crown does not know is that its burning pyres are about to fulfill a deadly prophecy.
Thrust in this cauldron of Gothic portents, the four students may just be the molders of history, if they can first survive.
