The Impact of Epidemics and Financial Crisis on the World Economy

Patrick Kalasa Kalifungwa The Author is a social scientist, who initiated the founding of Livingstone International University of Tourism Excellence and Business Management (LIUTEBM) and Founding Vice Chancellor of this first tourism tertiary Institution of higher learning in Lusaka, Zambia. The University is locally and internationally accredited in the UK, Canada, the US and India respectively. Professor is a practitioner of business management and politics. Prior to that, he served as Deputy Vice Chancellor of Cavendish University in Zambia.He has held higher corporate positions in commerce, industry and political positions as an elected member of parliament, Deputy Minister of Finance and National Planning and a Cabinet portfolio of Minister of Tourism and Environment.
He is the co-author of the book "Meeting the challenges of Climate Change to Tourism", author of the books "Good Ethical Political Governance" and the "Philosophy (annotated literature)". He holds a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Research from University of Graduate Studies (UGSM) In Zug Switzerland.
