The Love Divided in London

The story opens on a foggy morning in Westminster, London. The streets are bustling with people hurrying to work and the air is thick with the smell of coal smoke and horse manure. Amidst the busyness, we see a young woman - it's Jessica - rushing down the street. She's clutching a small package to her chest and her expression is anxious and worried. Suddenly, she bumps into someone and drops the package.

The person she bumps into is a tall, dark-haired man - it's Alexander. He bends down to help Jessica pick up her package, and as he does so, their eyes meet. There's a moment of connection, a spark of recognition. They both stand up and brush themselves off, and Jessica mumbles a quick apology before hurrying on her way. Alexander watches her go, a thoughtful expression on his face.

As Jessica hurries down the street, she can't stop thinking about the man she bumped into. There was something about him that made her feel... different. She doesn't understand it, but she can't get him out of her mind. Suddenly, she realizes she's lost her way and is wandering down a dark, unfamiliar alley.
