Ariel Lawson is the best Investigative Reporter in her City and she knows it.

And so does Detective Luka Gunnar, his partner Abraham Princeton, and their Captain Chandler Davis. That is why they find themselves trying keep her quite about the masked man who for the past six years has been running around the City killing men who have gotten away with murder.
