Tibetan fairy-tales reflected thew wisdom of the Tibetan people and belongs to the heritage of one of the oldest cultures. Many of these tales have a sacred core as they tell us of the creation of the world, the origin of various natural forces, of the afterlife as Tibetans see it according to their Buddhist-driven beliefs.
This legend tells us about a poor man who has a son. So when he is dying he has nothing to give his son as the heritage so he decides to give him at least some advice. He warns his son against making friends with men of different eye colors.
