The modern Australian kitchen is a combination of absolutely different local traditions. Asian spices, such as a lemon grass, a coriander, Chile and cardamom can enter traditional local dishes. At the same time Asian cuisine replaces a part of traditional east ingredients with the Australian analogs. We recommend to taste marinated fillet from beef with a curry spinach, with beetroot (dense sauce with beet), a fried pear from saffron-yellow palenta (cornmeal), mix of the Indian and European style and ingredients.
