The Morning Butterfly

Life is about change, transformation and healing. Follow one person's journey in the cha-cha of life; two steps forward, one step back. This book chronicles one journey to healing wounds at multiple levels, becoming her authentic self while fighting demons and stories that she has believed for far too long. Over the course of 2 years, the author shared her growth, backslides, great moments and depths of despair to help others shine their light more brightly. As the butterfly goes through the difficult task of breaking out of it's chrysalis to emerge a thing of beauty, so do we.
