One of the important problems that the developing countries face is the insufficiency of saving. Nowadays, as in the past, the problem has led the countries to benefit from foreign sources and foreign direct investment. Not only the developed countries but also the developing countries strive to attract foreign direct investment in their own countries. The reason behind this attempt is the wish to make use of the capital, new technology, the increase of the employment and a wide range of market facilities provided by the foreign direct investment. Today majority of the foreign direct investment has been carried out by multi-national corporations.
