The Old Man on the Mountain is the second book in the Robert H. and Tisza Series. It takes place in Idaho and Alabama and is the usual Dampier page turner. We meet Mose, the old man on the mountain, who is prey to claim jumpers. Mose is lost and in danger and Robert H. and Tisza have to rescue him. Meanwhile, things are not going well at home. The father of the girls is threatening to take them back and enlists two drug addicts to help him. Things come to a head of course and need to be reconciled but are further complicated by an International meth distribution cartel. Things do get a little busy for the local heroes.
