Lyn Carpenter loves being a librarian. She's not so in love with the fact that her library is haunted. Everyone believes the ghost is Alice Lathrop, the librarian who hung herself in the library attic in 1907. Lyn, however, thinks there's more to Alice's story than history has told. She is timid to investigate until a ghost hunter named Garren stumbles into her life and shakes up more than just her encounters with the other side. As more evidence for murder is revealed, the hauntings escalate, putting Lyn in the direct line of danger. Lyn becomes the only one who can find the key to unlock the mystery and keep anyone else from getting hurt. Her will and tenacity are put to the test all while navigating the thrills and downfalls of a new relationship. Who says being a librarian is boring?
