All of the owls are fancy and thin. All of them except the owl at the end. She is fluffy and fatand her feathers stick out in every which way. Shes so different from all of the other owls that they wont let her play with them. If shes going to fit in with all of her fellows, shes going to have to change to be more like them.
With a little help, Raggedy Owl smooths all of her feathers and sucks her belly in tight. But when she looks at her reflection, she realizes it isnt right. Shes not prim and proper, shes fun and funky. Shed rather be herself than fit in with all of the others. And something amazing happens when she tells them so.
