This book contains, in concentrated form, the practical and theoretical findings from my long-standing personal conflict with eczema, hay fever, and asthma. Today, I am cured of these diseases, not thanks to conventional medicine or any miracle cure, but because I adhere to certain rules that I discovered by self-experimentation. Peter F. Alderman suffered from eczema as a child, and as a teenager developed a pollen allergy and, briefly, asthma. The realisation that he was allergy free for a week after returning from a holiday triggered the search for the cause of his allergies. Dr Thomas Bohner trained to be a professional athlete until he was 18 years old. Sadly allergic asthma struck and his sporting career came to an early end. He then studied Pharmacy at the University of Zurich where he obtained his doctorate and began an investigation into the background and possible causes of allergies. He made his environment as free from mites as possible and avoided all products containing industrially produced enzymes Finally, he became symptom-free.
