The Reawakening

I met Peter Tillingsworth while working for the city as a clerk, he was an electrician and was renewing his electricians license, he and I hit it off right away, a tall slender six foot man Hazel eyes brown hair dashing in debonair we had started dating and after several days he and I became real close and had formed a very intimate relationship.

I had always liked men in uniform and seeing Peter in his military uniform had the effect of turning me on in a quite heated sexual way, he was my protector and the protector of those in our country and despite he was simply a weekend warrior seeing him in that uniform got me all hot and bothered and you can believe after his guard duties were concluded and we'd meet I was hot and bothered and there was no need for foreplay as I was quite ready to get laid by him.

After dating nearly a year and a half Peter proposed to me and I accepted I was thirty-eight and he forty when we got married, Peter was a member of a National Guard unit and during operation Iraqi freedom his National Guard unit was deployed.

A new wife we had only been married nine months prior to his deployment, it was slightly over a year later when I received an official communication that my husband was returning from his unit and would be returning to his place of record Tucson, Arizona.

He was suffering from various conditions and was being treated at the Veterans Administration hospital, arriving there I was informed as his wife that my husband Tillingsworth Peter J was suffering from post traumatic shock syndrome as well as several physical disabilities.
He received an honorable discharge under medical conditions, his doctors informing me that it would be several months for he could be released from the hospital as they were treating his physical injuries and would have to have follow-up treatments after being discharged to treat his non-physical related injuries which were primarily psychological as well as physical therapy.
For the most part now his physical debilitating conditions were passed us, but he suffered from narcolepsy and post traumatic shock syndrome for which he was going to therapy at the Veterans Administration hospital as well as being treated for with medication for which the doctors had kept trying different drugs stabilize mental conditions as well as the effects of his narcolepsy.

They had him on several different drugs now that were working well to help keep him mentally stable but had various side effects one of which was erectile dysfunction which meant my husband could no longer maintain an erection and his inability to satisfy me or himself in bed was having a negative effect on both of us not to mention that he had developed a lung condition similar to that of COPD and had to have a machine and receive treatments several times a day.
