Based on the latest data issued by National Bureau of Statistics and China's Economic Information Network, this report reviews the general situation of China's real estate market in 2015 from four aspects, namely investment, development, the market and the price, and makes analytical summaries on some major cities. Besides, the report summarizes some macro-economic control policies in 2010 that have exerted significant influences on China's real estate market, such as "the decrease of deposit and loan interest rate of the housing fund", and "the land appreciation tax", and analyzes the specific influences of the policies on the market. The report predicts the price trend in 2016 based on the supply, demand, price, financing, and related policies of China's real estate market. Some corresponding policy suggestions are also made against some important issues of China's real estate development.
