The world has never made it easy on the Dream Dancers. All but shunned by the people they aided, those who danced within dreams are asked always in secret to use their gifts to rescue humanity from their nightmares. One Dream Dancer was special - if only she could find a way to believe it. Nara held one of the most gracious hearts in this time. She was often thrust into other people's Hells, for she believed every soul deserved help in the place they hadn't the strength to fight on their own. She could always suffer for others. Suffering for herself was harder.

Nara had no idea the battles she would face after the striking new King of Daya stole her away from all she ever knew to serve him at the castle. The High Priestess despised her fully, and the King himself is not what he seems to be. Now reckless fantasy and merciless ambition have set about a cosmic game where all the stakes rest upon Nara, she just doesn't know it yet.
