THE SITUATIONS OF LIFE comprise of three stories: "Fear of racism," "The torment of lust," " father's gift." These are stories that display different situations in the character lives and how they are affected. "Fear of Racism," tells a story of a promising high schools student who is in an interracial relationship. His life is perfect until he is faced with the greatest challenge in his life, racism. In The "Torment of Lu," Janice is stuck in an ongoing love affair with Brad, but tonight it is different. She starts to feel guilty of her actions. Raw emotions are bubbling over the top; now she is faced with the toughest decision. "A Father's Gift," tells a story of a young man named James whom we found out that he is suffering from depression because of his father's untimely death. He suddenly pays his mother a visit to help her move his dad's stuff out the house until he sees his father's most prized possession and a letter that will sear into his soul.
