About the Author

Rev. Fr. Cyril O. Apassa Ed.D. is a graduate of the University of San Francisco. He is US citizen, but born in Nigeria.

He is a retired priest of the diocese of Reno, but currently resides in the diocese of Tyler where he is recuperating from his ill-health.

Other institutions attended include Bigard Memorial Seminary, Enugu, an affiliate faculty of the Pontifical Urban University Rome, Italy, the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria, Catholic Institute Paris, France.

He is a member of the following; Phi delta Kappa, ASCD, Knight of Columbus, and one of the Biographies of Who is Who in America.

Countries visited include Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, England, Poland, and Romania.
