Richard Henley runs a solid business, catering to the fantasies of people who want to watch beautiful boys on screen acting on demand and making their dreams come alive. When a group of misfits starts harassing some of his employees, he does what's good not only for his business but for the people working for him.
He steps up. And, since he's the kind of person who would never run from a fight, he takes head-on the bunch of losers trying to scare his boys. While the assholes scamper away at the first sign that they can't win against a man who knows how to spell a threat, there is a particular member of that group that catches his eye.

Trent Ross puts on a brave face, but it's easy for Richard to read right through him. It's not the first time he sees a confused boy trying to lash out, only to convince himself he's not what he truly is. But it's not his speed to straighten up confused boys. So, when Trent comes in and stubbornly asks for a job, Richard decides to put him through the wringer.
