An explosive story, which starts at the very outset with Lato a tall slender humanoid creature firing his new invention (a projectile launcher) at a rival group of Bukai Tardan enemies, the end result being the mutilation of a small hairy Bukai Warrior, who was splattered against an ice formation. This incident lit the fuse, and brought enevitable friction to the surface again. Orsov, the army commander of the Tardan Bukai and his pregnant wife Erith are eventually caught up in the fierce battles, which ensue. They finally reach an undersea kingdom called Virejus where their dream of a peaceful coexistence is brought in to sharp focus.
