It covers the family's early life in Prussia, followed by a difficult and treacherous journey to settle in the Darling Downs, Queensland Australia and the many adventures that follow. From the old world to the new, accompanied by all the hopes, dreams and hardships that you would expect from inspired Australian pioneers and their many descendants.
This second book in the series covers roughly 200 years, from the early 19th century to the modern day. The first book covered the previous 200 years. The writings are well-referenced and further supported by various illustrations, maps and a family tree.
