Fishing is the author's main pastime. Since a teenager, aged 16 year-old, he started going to the beach for fishing. To give seasoned fishers a good fight for their money, he sailed out with fishers to Malaysian East Coast waters or to the nearby Indonesian islands waters, depending on the monsoons.
