Abraham and Ethel, deeply in love with each other, contemplate their future. They dream of going from Paris to New York and living in America. But Stalin separates these young lovers. Ethel finds Abraham in Azerbaijan after a long search. The Soviet KGB rewards Abraham's love for Ethel with exile.
