As a yin yoga teacher in the base I, Joyce, got intrigued by Yin Yoga, Fascia therapy and Old Ancient Rituals. Fascia Therapy is deepening the yin practice on an emotional and physical level. Where people thought chronic pain was getting stuck in the muscles, it actually happens in the fascia.

And becoming a mother made this process even deeper. The feminine cycle starts when you are a young girl. And the whole journey from maiden to mother and after is a deep healing process.
