Leroy Yerxa was an American science fiction and fantasy writer who lived from 1915 to 1946. He wrote over 30 stories for various pulp magazines, such as Amazing Stories, Fantastic Adventures, and Planet Stories. He was known for his imaginative and colorful plots, often involving alien worlds, lost civilizations, and ancient secrets. He died of tuberculosis at the age of 31, leaving behind a legacy of creative and adventurous stories that influenced many later writers in the genre.
